This portal provides land records to every citizen of West Bengal. it gives Land Mouza maps, property owner records, ROR Records, Khatian and plot information, and RS-LR plot information online.

BanglarBhumi is the Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation Department of West Bengal.

It provides all land-related information, including land RoR (Record of Rights), Khaitan and Mouza maps, plot maps, and land mutation status, to citizens of West Bengal.

How to Register on BanglarBhumi Portal?

To know West Bengal Land Bhumi Records citizens have an account of BanglarBhumi Portal. First, you need to register on the portal. Follow the below steps to complete your registration:

Step 1. Visit the official portal of BanglarBhumi: https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/

Step 2. After opening the website, the top of the page has a Signup option. Clicking on this link opens a new Public Registration Form page.

Step 3. Now fill out this public registration form to complete the registration. Enter every piece of information properly, like name, guardians name, address, email address, mobile number (linked with Aadhaar and bank), password, and the Captcha code.

After verifying your mobile number and email ID, click on the submit button, and your registration was successfully completed.

How to Log in to Banglarbhumi Website?

After completing the registration and creating an account, you can access the account. Let’s know Log in to Banglarbhumi Portal.

Step 1. Go the official portal of BanglarBhumi: https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/

Step 2. On the website, check the top section and click on the Signin option.

Step 3. Now select the citizen option and enter the username, password, and the captcha code, and press the login button.

After logging in, you are redirected to the dashboard of the BanglarBhumi portal and can access all services.

How to Check Khatian and Plot Records?

After logging in, your account can check Khatian and Plot information online. You can check Khatian and plot information code-wise and name-wise using the following steps:

Step 1. Visit the official portal of BanglarBhumi: https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/ and login to your account.

Step 2. After logging in, click on Know Your Property option and fill in the Mouza Identification details-

• District
• Block
• Mouza
• Choose Your Language

Step 3. Now fill the information of Search by Khatian or Plot Number

• Khatian Type: Normal Khatian, Lease Khatian, FHTD Khatian
• Khatian No./Plot No.

After entering all the information, enter the Captcha code and click on the View button.

Now the complete Khatian and plot information will display on the screen.

The land information Live Data As On date with Khatian No, Raiter Nam, Pita/swami, Thikana, Zamir Pariman and Dager Sankhyan also have Atrasbatber Dager Bibaran O Pariman data.

How to Know RS-LR Plot Information?

To know the RS-LR plot information (Record of Rights Land records) on the Banglarbhumi portal, follow the below steps:

Step 1. Visit the official portal of BanglarBhumi: https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/ and login to your account.

Step 2. Now go to the Citizen Services option from the main menu section and choose the 'RS-LR Information' option.

Step 3. After that, fill in Mouza Identification information and Options details. Select any one Sabek Dag to Hal Dag or Hal Dag to Sabek Da and Plot No.

Step 4. Now enter the captcha code and click on the view button. After clicking on the view button, the complete RS-LR plot information displays on the screen.

It shows live data of land RS-LR plot information on the date live. You can save the records or print them out.

Download Certified Copy of Porcha (Land e-Porcha)

Citizens of West Bengal can download Certified Copy of Porcha land records (e-Porcha of land). The BanglarBhumi portal provides land e-Porcha online using GRN (Government Reference Number).

Let's know the process of downloading a certified copy of the e-porcha of land using the BanglarBhumi portal. Follow the below steps:

Step 1. Open the BanglarBhumi portal: https://banglarbhumi.gov.in/ and login to your account. Now go to the Citizen Services section and click on the GRN Search option from the dropdown menu.

Step 2. Now on the Grips Payment Details page, fill some informations

• Request Type
• Enter GRN Number
• Application Number
• Enter Captcha code

After that, press the Submit button. Now the complete Certified Copy of Porcha of the land (e-Porcha) will show on the page.
